You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to give any reason, as provided by Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Write to us at info@dasimo.it clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and including:

• your first and last name;
• the order number;
• the products you are returning.

We will reply by email within 24 hours to confirm your request and give you the instructions for shipping the return.

The request must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return conditions

• The products must be unused and unaltered, with the original tag still attached.
• The products must be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
• A copy of the order with the receipt must be included in the parcel.
• The return must be shipped to: Da Simo, Via di Parione 34, 00186 Rome (RM), Italy.

Effects of withdrawal

Once the return arrives and has been checked, we will refund the payments received using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The cost of shipping the return remains the customer's responsibility.

Excluded products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products personalised at the customer's request, or in the other cases provided for by current legislation.
