Shipping within Italy

We ship throughout Italy by courier.

• Standard shipping (2/3 working days): €6
• Free shipping (2/3 working days) on orders over €80

Delivery in Italy takes 2/3 working days, or the time indicated when you choose the delivery method, and in any case no more than 30 days from the order confirmation date.

Shipping within the European Union

We ship to all countries in the European Union.

• Standard shipping (4/8 working days): €19.90

Delivery takes 4/8 working days and in any case no more than 30 days. For deliveries within the European Union, all import taxes and duties and the applicable VAT are included in the price of the goods.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and Switzerland

• Express shipping (4/8 working days): €19.90

Delivery takes 4/8 working days and in any case no more than 30 days.

Shipping to other countries outside the European Union

• Standard shipping (8/10 working days): €49.90

Delivery takes 8/10 working days and in any case no more than 30 days.

Customs duties outside the European Union (United States and other non-EU countries)

Outside the European Union (for example the United States, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and any other additional charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid on delivery of the order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country, which may also request further information in order to clear the order. To find out more, please contact the customs authority of your country.

What the shipment contains

• the products ordered;
• the transport document or accompanying invoice;
• any documentation required by the destination country;
• any informational material.

Delivery

Products purchased on the site are delivered by the courier chosen by Da Simo to the shipping address given in the order.

On delivery, please check that the parcel is intact. If you notice anything wrong, have the courier note it or refuse the delivery, and write to us straight away.
